  2. hi ramsfm
well problem is with data ...i can get the dollar rates from quote.com but intraday INR rate i dont get.if you can tell where i can get intraday INR rates i can help.
But why do you want to trade in gold
Indian equity market offer better oppurtunity than gold (thats what i feel)....more volatile and tending ) for example check the returns of bank nifty with that of crude/gold.
or HDIL with crude/gold..better trending markets offer good profit opportunity
But do tell me your reasons(reason can beyond profits as well) like convenience etc

  3. Its nice to have guidence from you because the way you are looking in all the angles..

reason behind commodity trading is just simply trading hours..I am a working professional euity trading in office hours is good always..

Would like to take some positional stock futures with hedge and then just wanted to try commodity trading in the evening after office hours at home..

I don't know live quotes but i used to track in money control with INR rates from the below link..

  5. hi...no problem with typos ...i makes them every where in blog post and comments....
yes trading from office is bad habit:)
thats why prefer this Swing trading...if you check nifty is on down trend for almost all this week...same with gold, crude oil....you just have to place SAR....and don't watch the screen and do your office work if SAR is hit you enter opposite position
using money management with the table can be great
eg enter half position at sar and next half at low risk entry ...that way i fell results will be better and save you from whipsaws in trendless markets...more on this later ...need to go
    See you
