Most difficult to trade: S & P 500 index and E-MINI S&P 500 markets

I have been tracking these markets for the past 2 years and still find them to be so difficult to trade and analyze.

I lose my confidence in trading and at the same time the choppy trends in these markets pushes me to find a method, which can give consistent returns in such challenging conditions and scenarios.
