I have mentioned all the details in this post

    http://financeandtradingmadeeasy.blogspot.com/2010/01/how-do-i-calculate-sar.html

What other details do you need?...as this is a discretionary method, cant make a formula for this method...
For example nifty is range bound ,so both long and short position can be justified, and I can give any "technical reason" to justify my position(both long and short) and convince anybody with that reasoning.

This is just a plan for a swing trade, one can take contrary position and still be profitable.
I feel that traders struggle because they dont make a plan before market opens.Do you make a plan before market opens?.I started making a trading plan when I started this blog. That has helped immensely. However I still dont follow it quite often.

"Plan your trades and trade your plan"
We have all heard it so many times and it's mentioned in every book on trading.
But how many of us actually make one?
Prepare the plan it for 3 months you will see the difference...in case you dont do it.

I am getting more interested in value investing and EW these days...as I have been using technical analysis all these years, for short term and "timing" purpose I use TA only.
    Hope it helps
    Cheers
