How do you manage trading?...even I have plans to come back to village,but BSNL is not letting me come back.Can sleep peacefully on MTNL's lap.

ReplyDeleteAgreed, it is difficult these days to trade intra with BSNL playing i'spy all the time. I have trading account with other brokers with good phone support but their brokerage is too high for intra-day trade.
I think things will improve from this year end. The entry of Reliance in Broadband sector and launch of 3G by all the private players will vastly improve the broadband scenario. BSNL will then be left holding their optical fibre network without any data flowing inside!
Once the infrastructure improves there is no reason to even live in this big village, I won't mind moving into some smaller village.

ReplyDeleteMy friend (from Dalanwala)...I mentioned before is very frustrated with power and BSNL...also my father (thankfully not a trader).He tried to inquire about reliance netconnect but they say its slower than BSNL...next option was tata photon ...they are not giving any demo.Any idea about tata photon's performance in doon?
Even he is waiting for 3G...but that's pretty much like "hope" when we trade.Expectation are never met (I am a pessimistic fellow).
I also want to leave the big village and move to smaller village (Bhimtal or some Goan village)

I used tata photon+ and initially it gave good bandwidth and service but in my area the connectivity dropped and complaints did not help. So I got that disconnected.
ReplyDeleteReliance does not have broadband here and no point in going for BSNL 3G, nobody responds there when the connection drops.
But there is hope, today TATA techie was telling me that there are going to launch the wireline broadband soon.
Except in trading I am always hopeful. :)
My choice of village will be Bhimtal!

I am from Dehradun but I have been to Bhimtal once, liked that place tooooooo much. But it is all right, if my being in the neighbourhood is such an issue for you I can settle in Binsar. :)
